Stewart Rhodes, Founder and President of Oath Keepers, and Jason Rink, Producer and Director of the award-winning documentary Nullification: The Rightful Remedy, have joined forces to produce a feature-length, documentary film that shows how our oarth is unique in history, and intended by the Founders to serve as a check-mate against tyranny.

Currently in pre-production, this hard-hitting and information-packed documentary will show how individuals just like you are joining forces with their fellow citizens, both current serving and veterans, to stop the tide of tyranny through one simple and powerful principle: The Principle of Non-Compliance. It’s the story of the Power of No, the power of boots-on-the-ground nullification.

This film will cover examples of oath-breaking in American history, such as Lincoln’s use of military detention and tribunals against northern civilians during the Civil War, the internment of Japanese Americans during World War II, and their current counterparts under Bush and Obamam such as gun confiscation during Hurricane Katrina, and the application of the laws of war against U.S. citizens, and how emergencies are used to justify oath-breaking. It will teach the lessons of Nuremburg and My-Lai-that “just following orders” is no defense. Finally, it will show examples of contemporary oath-keepers refusing to be used as tools of oppression, such as at the fall of the Berlin wall in 1989, the stand down by the military in Tunisia, and the stories of real Americans, peace officers, and veterans who have refused to follow unconstitutional orders.
