Here is one Christian Leftist who thinks like you do. Nullification and even secession may be necessary to stop leviathon and imperial overreach. I believe we can rally around small is beautiful communitarian voluntarism.
Also the move to amend movement to limit corporate personhood is a natural fit for those who see the value in nullification. Should not states and localities be able to inspect corporate facilities to see that they comply with fire and safety ordinances? Wherever power that oppresses individuals exists those of us who love liberty can stand together
